Website Traffic Source

Displayed as a list, this section shows where your landing page traffic originates. When a visitor arrives at your landing page, Syteville tracks the referral source. For example, if a visitor clicks your website link from Instagram, it will appear as “Instagram” with a count of visits from that source. This helps you understand which platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, or direct links) drive the most traffic.

"Direct Traffic - User Typed-In Or Bookmarked Your Url" -  This refers to website visits that occur when a user types your URL directly into their browser’s address bar or accesses your site through a saved bookmark. This type of traffic often indicates strong brand recognition, customer loyalty, or offline marketing success. Since no referral source (like a search engine or social media) is involved, direct traffic typically represents highly intentional visits; users already know your website and are choosing to come straight to it.
