Dashboard

Once you’ve registered and logged into your Syteville account, you’ll land on the Dashboard, your central hub for managing and growing your website. The dashboard is designed to be intuitive, giving you quick access to all the tools you need to set up and monitor your site. It consists of three main sections: the Header, the Left Sidebar, and the Central Dashboard. Below, we break down each section to help you navigate and make the most of your Syteville experience.

Header

Located at the top of the dashboard, the Header provides two key options:

  • Language Changer: Switch the dashboard interface to your preferred language.

  • Profile Settings: Update your account details, such as your name, email, or password.

Left Sidebar

The Left Sidebar is your navigation menu, offering all the tools you need to set up and manage your website. The options include:

  • Dashboard / Home: Returns you to the main dashboard view.

  • Analytics: Displays website performance metrics, such as visitor trends.

  • Modules: Access features to customize your website, including creating products, setting up shipping, taxes, coupons, and more.

  • Staff: Create and manage staff accounts for team members who help run your site.

  • Customers: View a list of customers who have created accounts on your website.

  • Orders: Review all orders received from customers, including order status and details.

  • Plans: Purchase or renew your subscription to continue using the Syteville platform.

  • Settings: Configure your website’s core details, such as business information, payment options, and order notifications.

  • Help Center: Explore a collection of articles and guides to assist you in setting up and managing your site.

Central Dashboard

The Central Dashboard, located below the header, is where you’ll find key insights and quick actions to manage your website. It’s divided into several sections:

1. Action Section  & Active Visitor CountThis section provides quick access to essential tasks and shows the number of visitors actively browsing your website’s landing page in the past 30 minutes.
  • Show All Reports: Displays financial reports based on order data. By default, the monthly report is shown, but you can switch to Overall or Yearly views by selecting this option.

  • Copy Website Link: Copies your website’s URL to your clipboard for easy sharing.

  • Visit Website Link: Takes you directly to your live website.

  • Quick Add: Offers fast access to add items like product categories, brands, taxes, coupons, or shipping options.

  • Create New Website: Allows you to create an additional website under the same account.

  • Change Current Website: Switch between multiple websites you manage within your account.

2. Report Data Sections: Displays key metrics based on your website’s orders, with the monthly view shown by default.

To see Overall or Yearly data, click "Show All Reports" in the Action Section. Metrics include:

  • Completed Orders Out of All Orders: The Total number of orders received.

  • Items Sold from Completed Orders: Total items sold from orders marked as delivered, picked up or completed.

  • Earnings from Completed Orders: Total revenue earned from delivered, picked up or completed orders.

Note: Completed orders are those marked as delivered, picked up or completed by you.

3. Recent Orders: Lists the last five pending orders (orders not yet updated with a status, such as delivered, picked up or completed).
4. Sales Report: Similar to the Report Data Sections, this shows daily order data, including:
  • Total Orders Received: Number of orders placed daily.

  • Total Items Ordered: Number of items sold daily.

  • Total Order Value: Total revenue from daily orders.

5. Active Visitor Country: Complements the Active Visitor Count by showing the countries of active visitors and their counts. For example, "Jamaica 2" indicates two visitors from Jamaica are currently on your site.
6. Top Sales Section: Highlights top-performing items across different modules based on sales. These are hidden by default until an order is marked delivered, picked up or completed.

Each shows the item name and corresponding sales or engagement metric. Examples include:

  • Top Products: Product name and sales count (e.g., "Product Name, 3 sold").

  • Top Courses: Course name and student count (e.g., "Course Name, 3 students").

  • Top Packages: Package name and subscription count (e.g., "Package Name, 3 subscription").

  • Top Services: Service name and order count (e.g., "Service Name, 3 orders").

  • Top Events: Event name and ticket count (e.g., "Event Name, 3 tickets").

  • Top Campaigns: Campaign name and donation count (e.g., "Campaign Name, 3 donations").

  • Top Menu Items: Menu Item name and order count (e.g., "Menu Item Name, 3 orders").

  • Top Restaurants: Restaurant name and delivery count (e.g., "Restaurant Name, 3 deliveries").

  • Top Properties: Property name and reservation count (e.g., "Property Name, 3 reservations").

  • Top Destinations: Destination name and booking count (e.g., "Destination Name, 3 bookings").
