Payment Settings
The Payment Settings feature in Syteville allows you to configure your preferred payment methods to receive payments from customers. Located under the Settings tab in the Left Sidebar, Payment Settings is the third option at the top left. This guide explains how to set up and manage the various payment options and general settings to ensure a smooth checkout experience for your customers.
Accessing Payment Settings
- Navigate to Payment Settings: In the Left Sidebar, click Settings, then select Payment Settings (the third option at the top left).
Configuring Payment Settings
The Payment Settings section includes general settings and 12 payment method options. Below are the details for each.
General Settings
Currency Code: The currency code for transactions (e.g., USD, JMD).
Currency Symbol: Specify the currency symbol (e.g., $, J$).
Order Prefix: Add a prefix for order IDs (e.g., ORD-).
Invoice Message: Include a custom message to appear on customer invoices.
Each payment method includes specific fields and an on/off toggle to enable or disable it. Configure the desired methods as follows:
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Payment Instructions: Provide instructions for customers paying with cash on delivery (text area).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Bank Account & Payment Instructions: Enter bank account details and instructions for customers (text area).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Payment Instructions: Provide instructions for using money transfer services (text area).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Lynk ID: Enter your Lynk ID (text input field).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
QR Code: Upload an image of your Lynk QR code.
QR Code URL: Enter your Lynk Qr code url (text input field).
To Do This:
Log in to your Lynk account and navigate to the section where your QR code is displayed.
Download the QR code image (remember to crop it).
Copy the QR code URL.
Log back into your website account using a mobile device, paste the URL into the appropriate section, and upload the updated QR code image.
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Lynk Mode: Select Test or Live payments.
Account ID: Enter your Lynk Account ID (text input).
Client ID: Enter your Lynk Client ID (text input).
Client Secret: Enter your Lynk Client Secret (text input).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Payment Link: Enter the payment link provided by Fygaro.
JWT Toggle: Enable or disable JWT authentication.
JWT API Key (if JWT is enabled): Enter the JWT API Key.
JWT API Secret (if JWT is enabled): Enter the JWT API Secret.
Payment Instructions: Provide instructions for customers (text area).
Hook URL for Automatic Order Payment Status Updates: Copy the Hook URL from Syteville and add it to the Fygaro platform for automatic payment status updates.
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Merchant ID: Enter your Sagicor Merchant ID.
API Username: Enter your API username.
API Password: Enter your API password.
Payment Instructions: Provide instructions for customers (text area).
Terms & Conditions URL: Create a Terms & Conditions page on your website and enter its URL here.
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Payment Link: Enter the payment link ( provided by Syteville admin ).
JWT Toggle: Enabled by default (configured by Syteville admin).
JWT API Key: Enter the JWT API Key (provided by Syteville admin).
JWT API Secret: Enter the JWT API Secret (provided by Syteville admin).
Refund Policy Instructions: Provide refund policy details (text area).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Ezee Mode: Select Test or Live payments.
Licence Key: Enter your Ezee Licence Key (text input).
Website URL: Enter your website URL (text input).
Payment Instructions: Provide instructions for customers (text area).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Paypal Mode: Select Test or Live payments.
Client ID: Enter your PayPal Client ID (text input).
Secret Key: Enter your PayPal Secret Key (text input).
Currency: Specify the currency for transactions (text input).
Payment Instructions: Provide instructions for customers (text area).
On/Off Toggle: Enable or disable this payment method.
Publishable Key: Enter your Stripe Publishable Key (text input).
Secret Key: Enter your Stripe Secret Key (text input).
Currency: Specify the currency for transactions (text input).

Saving Changes
Once you’ve configured the general settings and selected payment methods, click the Save button to apply your changes. This ensures your preferred payment options are available for customers during checkout.
