SMS Settings
The SMS Settings feature in Syteville allows you to configure SMS notifications to send order updates to your customers. Located under the Settings tab in the Left Sidebar, SMS Settings is the fifth option at the top left. This guide explains how to set up SMS notifications to ensure timely and professional communication with your customers.
Accessing SMS Settings
- Navigate to SMS Settings: In the Left Sidebar, click Settings, then select SMS Settings (the fifth option at the top left).
Configuring SMS Settings

The SMS Settings section includes two fields to customize the sender information for SMS notifications sent to customers:
SMS From: Enter the sender ID, which can be your store name or phone number (e.g., YourStore or +1234567890).
Note: Maximum length is 11 characters. Use your country code with the number. Only accepted characters are uppercase and lowercase letters (A-Z, a-z), digits (0-9), and spaces. Do not use special characters like ! @ # $ % ^ & * () - _ = + \ | [] {} ; : / ? > ' ".
Notification Number: Enter the phone number used to send SMS notifications, including the country code (e.g., +1234567890).
Saving Changes
Once you’ve entered the SMS From and Notification Number, click the Save button to apply your changes. This ensures all SMS order notifications are sent from your specified sender ID and number.
