Social Media Settings

The Social Media Settings feature in Syteville allows you to connect your social media accounts to the website, making these links visible to customers for enhanced engagement and brand presence. Social Media Settings is located under the Settings tab in the Left Sidebar, listed as the second option at the top left. This guide explains how to configure your social media connections and save your settings.

Accessing Website Settings

  1. Navigate to Social Media Settings: In the Left Sidebar, click Settings, then select Social Media Settings (the second option at the top left).

The Social Media Settings section includes fields to link your social media accounts and configure a WhatsApp chat option. Enter the following details:

Saving Changes

Once you’ve entered or updated the social media links and WhatsApp settings, click the Save button to apply your changes. These links will now be visible to customers on your website, helping them connect with your brand across various platforms.
